Welcome to Lead Syndicate. By accessing or using our platform, services, or any of our tools, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform. Let’s keep it simple and respectful.
1. What We Do
Lead Syndicate is a lead generation and distribution platform that connects lead sellers with lead buyers. We facilitate the flow of leads through custom funnels and shared interest categories. Think of us as the hub that helps business growth happen — faster.
2. Your Responsibilities
By using Lead Syndicate, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information on your profile and offers
Only sell or share leads you have legal rights to distribute
Follow local, state, and federal laws, including marketing and communication regulations (like TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Respect other users — no spamming, no poaching, no shady stuff
You’re responsible for the way you use the platform. Don’t do anything that could damage someone’s trust or business.
3. Lead Distribution & Wallet System
When you buy leads, you pre-fill your wallet. Leads are deducted as they’re delivered.
When you sell leads, credits are added to your wallet for every verified lead sent.
Wallets auto-refill when they drop below 30% (unless you disable this feature).
All transactions are logged and visible in your dashboard. You can request a withdrawal of earned funds or pause your offer at any time.
4. No Guarantees
Lead Syndicate does not guarantee:
Sales or conversion from any lead
The exact number of leads you’ll receive daily
The performance of other partners you may share space with
We’re a connector — not your closer. Your success still depends on your follow-up, systems, and service.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and original content created by Lead Syndicate is owned by us. Your content (funnels, offers, videos, etc.) remains yours — and we won’t share or sell it outside of your authorized funnels.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any user or partner from the platform if:
You violate these Terms
You abuse the system or spam users
You provide false info, mislead, or break the trust of the marketplace
We want to protect the integrity of the network — no drama, no games.
7. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunities that come from your use of the platform. We do our best to keep things running smooth and safe, but tech isn’t perfect, and neither are people. Use the platform wisely.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll do our best to notify you when that happens, but it’s your responsibility to review them periodically.
